On March 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of First Gen Corporation authorized the issuance of the 2020 Integrated Report to serve as a communication tool to inform the company’s stakeholders of the environmental, social, and governance performance of the corporation. Disclosures in the report, which pertain to issues material to the company and its stakeholders, are based on current and accurate information available to the company for the period January 1 to December 31, 2020. The report thus constitutes a fair presentation of the corporation’s operations for the reporting period.
The Management of the company provided support to the Board through the inter-departmental Technical Working Groups (TWG) from participating subsidiaries of the corporation. The company’s President and Chief Operating Officer oversaw the preparation of the report, in close coordination with responsible officers from Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Finance and Operations groups. On this basis, the Board of Directors, as advised and assisted by the Board Risk Oversight Committee, conducted the final review of the report.
